The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the seafront promenade and in close proximity to a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of the beach from their rooms or balconies. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with spacious bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The staff provide excellent service, responding promptly to any requests or needs. The breakfast spread is simple but healthy, providing a good start to the day. the hotel offers free WiFi and a well-stocked minibar, adding to the convenience of the stay.

The water in the hotel's showers tends to become excessively hot after a while, making it difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level.

We had a delightful stay at this venue. We loved the location in a quiet street yet close to many city attractions, including a promenade and shops. The service, room service and housekeeping were exceptional, and the staff, from the receptionists to the housekeeping employees, were friendly and professional. The amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, restaurant, and bar/lounge area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the waitstaff. They even upgraded our room free of charge. The hotel's location was perfect, situated on a quiet street but still close to many city attractions. There was a little supermarket next door, convenient, and a few shops and salons up the hill. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including different types of cheese, hummus, bread, and fresh pineapple juice. the hotel was clean and the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to popular city attractions and the beach. The availability of parking space was also a major convenience. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great mix of Western and Eastern tastes.

The cleanliness of the towels and bed sheets was disappointing, and the outdated mattresses made for an uncomfortable sleep. The view from the balcony was also not pleasant, with old and demolished buildings in sight.

I had a problem with my room initially, but the staff at Bella Riva were helpful and upgraded me to a junior suite. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the lighthouse and Raouche rock. The staff is friendly, decent, and always available to provide information about the city. The free parking and wifi are convenient amenities.
